This notice is issued by MYS WELLNESS AND HOME GOODS, its controllers, subsidiaries, and/or affiliates, and/or related parties ("Mys"), with address at Sófocles No. 219, Col. Los Morales, Secc. Alameda, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico, CP 11530, (the "Address"), email address: (the "Email"), and telephone number: +52 56 3815 5501 (the "Telephone Number" ), for the purpose of informing any person who accesses or uses the Site (the "User") about the use of cookies by Mys on the same.

The parties will understand as cookies, those short files that typically consist of letters and numbers, placed on the computer, tablet, phone, or similar device that the User uses to access the Site ("cookies") and/or those similar technologies, such as pixel tags, web beacons, transparent GIFs, JavaScript, and local storage ("web beacons"), that may be related to the Site.

Access and/or use of the Site implies full acceptance of the terms contained herein. The function and permanence of cookies in the system of the device through which access to the Site is made, can be:

"Session" cookies, which are activated at the time of access to the Site and until the end of that session. These cookies expire and are automatically deleted when the Internet browser is closed; or "Persistent" cookies which remain on the device accessing the Site between browsing sessions.
